Unaired Pilot. In this episode, twelve-year old Evan touches a girl's breast at school. When informed of this, Julie dares her son to feel her breast (which he doesn't) and then punishes him by not allowing him to go to the fights with his dad.

Julie Carlisle, a variety show super star marries a Sioux City veterinarian and moves to Iowa and has to contend with his kids.

Wooley books his old pal, a vaudevillian, who succumbs to a heart attack and leaves his orangutan partner without a caretaker.

Julie encourages her stepdaughter Ali to pursue her singing and dancing but worries that Sam will not approve.

Robert Wagner guests as a suave movie star who appears on Julie's show causes discomfort for Sam.

Julie plans to redecorate the bedroom however burglars beat her to it.

Julie creates a stock company for her show consisting of her producer, a children's show host and a newsman who perform a hillbilly skit that offends her husband.
