At the dedicated UK Terminal, the team races against the clock to ensure the train to London departs on time.

During SAIL Amsterdam—the world’s largest maritime event—Amsterdam Central Station has to handle an extraordinary influx of passengers, with an additional 150,000 travelers passing through in a single day.

Station manager René and security coordinator Bas constantly monitor passenger flows to prevent dangerous overcrowding.

Meanwhile, officers Menno and Baran must deal with a series of incidents—particularly alcohol-related ones—stemming directly from the event.

At Amsterdam Central Station, teams must manage the daily influx of homeless people. Marieke and Fikret try to provide social support, despite the mistrust shown by some. Menno and Baran intervene when faced with an aggressive man collecting cans. Meanwhile, Mike oversees the massive underground bicycle parking facility, where any incident can disrupt the site's operations.

The world's largest electronic music festival brings 500,000 dance enthusiasts into the city. Night conductor Errol rides along on a special DJ train, while safety and service staff Menno and Baran are busy dealing with a troublemaker who is under the influence

Amsterdam is celebrating its 750th anniversary, and Central Station finds itself at the heart of the festivities. René marks his 25th anniversary on the job, while Gusta and Alexandra manage the welcome area amidst threatening downpours. Amidst a record influx of visitors, Rosa awaits an urgent delivery and Ron races against the clock. Menno and Baran are deployed to provide security for a high-risk match between Ajax and Inter Milan.

As the Christmas holidays approach, Amsterdam Central Station is facing an exceptional surge in passenger numbers. While travelers, tourists, and families rush to reach markets and celebrations, a fierce winter storm hits the region. Train services are severely disrupted by delays, cancellations, and track closures.

Station staff must simultaneously manage holiday-season pressure and the chaos caused by the weather. René attempts to keep operations running smoothly, while Menno and Baran step in to ensure safety and prevent the situation from spiraling out of control in the overcrowded station.
