Season 1

Raised in a middle-class family, Anu lives with her parents, Gopal and Pushpa. Aryavardhan, a noted businessman known for being extremely punctual, meets Anu for the first time on his way to an event.

College students mock Anu, who comes on stage to give a speech, but Aryavardhan encourages her. At the suggestion of some students, Aryavardhan gives Anu a blank cheque, showing his trust in her.

Anu tells Gopal and Pushpa about the blank cheque, sparking greed in Pushpa. The next morning, Anu visits Aryavardhan’s office to return it, only to be shocked by an empty envelope.

Meera ousts Anu from the office. Aryavardhan learns of it and makes Meera apologise. Anu, worried about the lost cheque, rushes to the bank with Gopal after learning that Pushpa went to deposit it.

Meera gives Anu a written apology. Anu returns Aryavardhan’s cheque, prompting him to set a condition in exchange. She calms an infuriated Pushpa, but the neighbourhood women mock Pushpa.

Anu, Pushpa and Gopal face humiliation at Aryavardhan’s party entrance until he arrives and takes them in. During the event, Aryavardhan asks Anu to launch the new product herself.

At the party, Meera gets Gopal drunk and has him humiliated. Aryavardhan scolds Meera for her behaviour and apologises to Gopal. Later, he makes a promise to Anu.

Anu collects money to host a party for Aryavardhan. Meanwhile, he cancels a meeting to spend time with her, upsetting Meera. Jhende keeps an eye on them but soon loses track.

Aryavardhan experiences a simple life with Anu. Later, he saves her from an accident, but Raghu, the father of a suitor coming to see Anu, sees them on the street.

Raghu visits Anu’s house and refuses to get his son Vipin married to her. Aryavardhan arrives, scolds Raghu, and offers Anu a job. The next day, Raghu returns to her house with a secret motive.

Raghu explains to Rajni the motive behind marrying Vipin to Anu. Meanwhile, Aryavardhan promotes Meera and makes Anu her assistant. However, Anu makes a mistake on her first day.

Aryavardhan surprises Meera and others by changing an office rule for Anu. She tries to put Anu down during introductions, but Aryavardhan defends her by revealing her strengths.

Anu pays off Gopal's debt and protects him from humiliation. While Meera plots to get Anu fired, Aryavardhan lashes out at Anu for bringing champa flowers in the office.

Meera believes that her plan to get Anu fired will succeed. However, Anu exposes worker exploitation at Aryavardhan’s factory, prompting him to assign her a new responsibility, leaving Meera stunned.

Aryavardhan is shocked to learn that Anu is engaged to Vipin. Jhende makes him realise that he’s fallen for Anu, but also discourages him from pursuing the relationship.

Gopal opposes Anu’s marriage to Vipin and returns Raghupati’s gifted fridge. Meanwhile, Jhende shares news with Aryavardhan. Meera grows jealous seeing Aryavardhan dine with Anu.

Aryavardhan's brother Harshvardhan comes to the office, but Anu stops him from meeting Aryavardhan. In anger, Harshvardhan orders Anu to be fired and informs Aryavardhan about it.

Relying on Anu’s job, Pushpa buys an expensive saree for her on installments. Anu hides the fact that she has lost her job. The next day, she calls Aryavardhan, but Meera disconnects the call.

Anu realises she is falling for Aryavardhan and prays to the Goddess for clarity. Soon, Aryavardhan arrives at the temple, finds Anu, and asks her to come to the office the next day.

Bholi’s husband gifts her a scooter, but Pushpa accidentally damages it. Meanwhile, Aryavardhan convinces Harshvardhan to rehire Anu, who invites him to a religious gathering.

Anu decorates a doll resembling Aryavardhan for 'Mata ki Chowki'. When he visits her home, he invites his foreign delegates to join him. Seeing the doll, Aryavardhan questions Anu’s feelings for him.

Aryavardhan praises Anu for her saree, sparking Meera’s jealousy. Determined to win his attention, Meera sets a plan in motion. Meanwhile, Raghupati schemes to marry Anu off to Vipin.

Gopal refuses to take help from Raghupati. Anu tells Simran that she has fallen in love with Aryavardhan. Meanwhile, Pushpa plans Anu’s marriage with Bipin and then visits Aryavardhan’s office.

At Pushpa's invitation, Aryavardhan visits Anu's house for dinner. Pushpa sends Anu and Gopal out of the house on some pretext and talks to Aryavardhan about Anu's marriage.

Pushpa requests Aryavardhan to persuade Anu to marry Bipin. The fortune-teller Siddhi Mata predicts Anu's marriage, and later, Anu decides to find out Aryavardhan's marital status.

Meera scolds Anu for trying to find out about Aryavardhan’s personal life. Aryavardhan asks Anu for her opinion about marriage. Later, FM, a peon, tells Anu something, which shatters her.

Anu prays for a way to resolve her dilemma, and Siddhi Mata comes to her doorstep. Aryavardhan's mother organises a puja, and he arrives at home to attend it. Simran asks Anu to look into Mrs Vardhan.

Aryavardhan gives a gift to his mother. Pushpa calls Aryavardhan to talk about Anu's marriage, and Aryavardhan's mother misunderstands the situation. Later, she asks Jhende about Anu.

Aryavardhan calls Anu to meet him, but when Gopal learns that it’s part of Pushpa’s plan, he gets angry. In her dreams, Anu confesses love to Aryavardhan, but in reality, she is shocked by his words.

Pushpa adds to Anu's pain by flaunting the wedding preparations. Meanwhile, Aryavardhan's mother urges him to understand what's in Anu's heart. Gopal makes a promise to Anu upon learning her decision.

Raghupati gives Pushpa eight days to convince Gopal for Anu and Bipin's marriage. When the gas cylinder runs out at home, Anu goes to the office hungry. Meanwhile, Gopal is fired from his job.

Aryavardhan sends food for Anu, but she declines, asking him not to worry about her. Gopal conceals his loss of job from the family, while Pushpa hides a secret from Anu, who eventually uncovers it.

Aryavardhan convinces Anu to let go of her feelings and marry Bipin. Meanwhile, Gopal wanders in search of a job. Anu leaves important office work and sets out with Pushpa to find Gopal.

Anu agrees to marry Bipin in front of Aryavardhan, leaving him pained. Later, a distressed Gopal faints after losing his shop, and Anu and Pushpa rush to his aid.

Mrs Vardhan advises Aryavardhan to help him overcome his loneliness. Gopal reluctantly talks to Raghupati about Anu and Bipin’s alliance, while Anu approaches Meera for help.

Meera offers Anu financial help on a condition, which Anu accepts. As Aryavardhan longs for Anu, he unexpectedly shows up at the family gathering where her wedding date is being set.

Aryavardhan visits Raghupati’s house as Anu and Bipin’s wedding date is set. He later asks Anu’s family to let him assist with the preparations and opens up about his past.

Aryavardhan requests to stay at Anu’s home until her wedding, but she agrees with a condition. When the moment is right, Anu questions him, and Aryavardhan discovers Raghupati’s ploy.

Pushpa avenges Gopal's insult by confronting Subhash. Aryavardhan discovers Raghupati's real motive and decides to stop Anu and Bipin's wedding. The next morning, he takes everyone jogging.

Mansi complains to Aryavardhan's mother about his absence from the office for the past three days. At Meera's behest, Anu arrives at the office to apply for leave but Harshvardhan refuses to grant it.

Aryavardhan comes along with Pushpa and Gopal to the jewellery store, while Anu convinces Harshvardhan to grant her leave. She arrives at the store, where Aryavardhan helps her choose a mangalsutra.

While Aryavardhan returns from shopping with Anu's family, a beggar recognises him, and he assigns a task to Jhende. Seeing Aryavardhan with Anu, the neighbours start gossiping about them.

The neighbours falsely accuse Gopal. Aryavardhan teaches them a lesson, and everyone celebrates Independence Day. Preparations begin for Janmashtami at Aryavardhan’s home, and he tells a lie to Meera.

Anu decides to care for her parents even after her marriage, while Aryavardhan overhears Raghupati sharing a plan with Rajni. When Meera visits Anu’s home to learn about Aryavardhan, Anu grows uneasy.

Aryavardhan alters one of his company's policies, leading Raghupati to break Anu and Bipin’s alliance. Pushpa pleads with him, but after discovering his true motive, she lashes out.

Pushpa breaks Anu and Bipin’s alliance, earning Gopal’s praise, and everybody then celebrates Janmashtami. Later, Anu writes her feelings in a diary, while thoughts about her trouble Aryavardhan.

Anu’s family decides to throw a party to thank Aryavardhan. Out of fear of Aryavardhan, Subhash gives Gopal his job back. Later, Anu tries to give Aryavardhan a love letter.

Anu, Gopal and Pushpa wait for Aryavardhan at the restaurant, but Jhende keeps him from going there. Soon after, the manager insults them and throws them out.

Anu gets sad as Aryavardhan doesn't show up at the restaurant. Meanwhile, he locks himself in a room, and Manasi vows to uncover the secret of that room. Meera stirs up trouble for Anu at the office.

Pushpa and Rajni get into an argument. Meanwhile, Anu seeks Gopal's help for a presentation at office and puts forth a proposal for increasing sales for Rajnandini Sarees before the investors.

Siddhi Mata tells Mrs. Vardhan about Aryavardhan’s future. Hearing Aryavardhan praise Anu, Mrs. Vardhan expresses a desire to meet her. Later, Aryavardhan finds a way to pacify Anu’s anger.

At office, Aryavardhan praises Anu and then asks her to type an apology letter to the Sharma family on his behalf. Later, he sees Anu with Bipin and feels disheartened.

Aryavardhan yells at Anu at the office. When she asks him to take his medicine, he gets furious. But after Anu gets hurt, he gently bandages her wound. Later, he regrets his behaviour.

Anu visits Gopal’s shop with the investors for a survey. Gopal surprises Pushpa with a thoughtful gift. Aryavardhan tracks Anu’s location and meets her there, while Raghupati sees them together.

Pushpa and Gopal see Anu with Aryavardhan, and Pushpa gets suspicious. The investors praise Anu, leaving Meera annoyed. While returning home, an FM program reminds Aryavardhan of Anu.

Raghupati shows Rajni a video of Aryavardhan and Anu, revealing his plan. Meanwhile, Anu firmly responds to investor Ravi for speaking against Meera. Upset, Ravi calls Meera to complain about Anu.

Meera complains to Aryavardhan about Anu, and he authorises her to fire her. But after learning the truth, Meera scolds Ravi instead. Meanwhile, Mansi lashes out at Harshvardhan and insults him.

Jhende urges Aryavardhan to stay away from Anu and make a decision. Meanwhile, Siddhi Mata offers Pushpa a remedy for Anu’s marriage worries.

Aryavardhan promotes Anu and asks her to join another branch, but she gets upset and leaves the matter to Goddess Durga. Siddhi Mata then urges both Anu and Mrs Vardhan to visit a temple.

Worried about Harshvardhan, Mrs Vardhan urges Aryavardhan to accompany her to the ancestral temple. Anu’s family decides to go there too. Bipin tells Simran a plan to reunite Anu and Aryavardhan.

Simran and Bipin’s plan to unite Anu and Aryavardhan gets foiled. Anu’s family leaves for the Jivdani temple, while Aryavardhan’s hope of meeting her begins to fade.

Mansi stops Aryavardhan from going to the temple with Mrs Vardhan. Meanwhile, Anu’s family arrives there. Hoping for a miracle in a bid to meet Anu, Aryavardhan receives advice from Bheem Kaka.

Anu’s family performs a puja at the temple, where Mansi clashes with Pushpa. Mrs Vardhan feels a sense of connection with Anu. Just as Anu makes a heartfelt wish to the Goddess, Aryavardhan arrives.

Aryavardhan hides his face upon seeing Anu at the temple, but Anu senses his presence. Later, he seeks answers to his dilemma from Mrs Vardhan, while Anu prepares to leave for Jaipur.

Pushpa and Gopal plan to stop Anu’s transfer. Hurt by Aryavardhan’s betrayal, Anu arrives at the office, where Meera surprises her. Anu recalls her first meeting with Aryavardhan and his advice.

Jhende advises Aryavardhan to forget Anu. Meanwhile, Anu reveals Aryavardhan's betrayal to Simran. She makes a promise to Gopal and leaves for Jaipur after bidding everyone adieu.

Aryavardhan chases Anu’s bus to stop her from going to Jaipur, but Anu stands firm and questions him. Meanwhile, Jhende uncovers something troubling and grows anxious.

Upset with Aryavardhan, Anu gets off the bus midway and lands in trouble, but Aryavardhan rescues her. Later that night, they stay at a hotel, where Anu gives him a gift.

Aryavardhan pours his heart out before a sleeping Anu, who is delighted to hear his words. Jhende finally tracks them down and sends Anu home. However, Gopal gets furious on seeing her.

Meera pours her heart out to Jhende. Gopal suspects Aryavardhan’s intentions. Jhende and Aryavardhan argue over Anu. In a fit of anger, Aryavardhan slaps Jhende, and the latter makes a firm decision.

Aryavardhan tries to appease Jhende, stressing on Jhende's importance in his life. Meanwhile, Gopal asks Pushpa to stop Anu from working, but Anu convinces him to let her keep the job.

Mrs Vardhan mentions a girl, and Aryavardhan assumes it’s Anu. He announces a casual day at the office and waits for Anu. Later, Mansi’s relative Neel joins the office.

Aryavardhan welcomes Anu at the office. In her neighbourhood, gossip about their relationship angers Gopal. Later, Anu is shocked to find her presentation data missing.

Meera gives Anu 24 hours to recover the data, but with one condition. Anu tries to recover it with Neel’s help. Meanwhile, Jhende grows suspicious of Meera and confronts her.

Mrs Vardhan urges Aryavardhan to marry. Neel tries to befriend Anu, while Meera sees her plan working. Later, Anu and Aryavardhan fondly recall each other while having kadhi chawal.

Anu impresses investors with her presentation and earns Aryavardhan’s praise. Later, she delightedly thanks him for wearing the tie she gave him.

Anu misses lunch with Aryavardhan, upsetting him. Jhende grows suspicious of Neel and warns him. Meanwhile, Meera plots to poison Aryavardhan's mind against Anu.

Neel helps Pushpa tackle an insolent municipality officer, and she invites him over for tea. Jhende confronts Meera about her scheme to unite Neel and Anu. That night, Aryavardhan pays Anu a visit.

Gopal overhears women maligning Anu over Aryavardhan's visit. Mansi’s praise of Neel rouses Mrs Vardhan’s doubts over her intentions. Later, Mrs Vardhan insists on meeting Anu at Aryavardhan's office.

Meera lies to Mrs Vardhan to keep her from meeting Anu. Aryavardhan shocks Meera by insisting Anu join him in London for a conference. He then makes an announcement, and Anu reveals a secret to Neel.

Jhende visits Anu’s house to collect her passport documents. Learning of the London conference, Gopal confronts Aryavardhan and forbids him from taking her along. Anu then runs into Siddhi Mata.

Raghupati and Rajni push Pushpa into protesting and plot to stop the municipal workers from clearing the garbage. Meanwhile, Anu visits Aryavardhan, and Neel quietly tips off Mansi and Meera.

Framed by Raghupati and Rajni, Pushpa is arrested for protesting against a municipal officer. Meera informs Anu and sends Neel to help Pushpa. Meanwhile, Mrs Vardhan offers advice to Aryavardhan.

Aryavardhan learns of Pushpa’s arrest and scrambles to the prison. Neel is put behind bars, while Mansi justifies her actions to Mrs Vardhan. Later that night, a nightmare grips Aryavardhan and Anu.

Aryavardhan and Anu perform Kanjak Puja at their homes. An old foe vows to kill Aryavardhan. Later, Siddhi Mata gives Anu an amulet and asks her to tie it on Aryavardhan’s wrist.

Meera prevents Anu from visiting the office on Dussehra, leaving her crushed. Jhende is shaken by a dark realisation, and a bad omen ensues. Meanwhile, Aryavardhan’s foe walks free from prison.

Meera sends Anu to a godown, but Neel comes to Anu’s aid. Anu follows Aryavardhan's car yet fails to meet him. Jhende then films her with Neel. Soon, an unexpected visitor arrives to meet Anu.

Aryavardhan tells Anu that he wants her to share the office duties with Harshvardhan. Later, Jhende tells Aryavardhan about Jalandar’s plan to take his life and stops him from going to London.

Jhende forces Aryavardhan to make him comply with his demand. He also confiscates Aryavardhan’s phone to save him from Jalandar. Later, Jalandar threatens Jhende.

Jhende is stunned when Meera says that Aryavardhan isn’t in London. Neel swaps phones with Anu to trace him, and Aryavardhan’s slip-up unexpectedly helps Jalandhar.

Jhende discards Aryavardhan’s SIM card and warns him of Jalandhar tracking him. Neel visits the Sharmas as Jalandhar heads to the Vardhan residence. Jhende then alerts Aryavardhan about this.

Jhende keeps Aryavardhan confined while Anu learns he is still in Delhi and pleads to meet him. Meanwhile, Mansi argues with Meera over Harshvardhan, and Jalandhar’s aide watches Anu closely.

Gopal and Pushpa appreciate each other’s efforts after swapping roles. Aryavardhan learns of Anu’s Karvachauth fast and agrees to meet her, unaware that Jalandhar’s aide is snooping on her.

Anu picks a gift for Aryavardhan and seeks Simran’s help to hide her fast from Gopal. Rajni finds an unexpected friend while, Aryavardhan plans to disguise himself as a delivery boy to meet Anu.

As the moon rises, Anu suspects that Aryavardhan might not arrive to meet her. However, Aryavardhan shows up, and they both end their fast. Meanwhile, a sniper aims his gun at Aryavardhan.

Jhende learns of Aryavardhan’s escape as Anu ties Siddhi Mata's amulet on his wrist. The sniper's shot at Aryavardhan is interrupted. Soon, Aryavardhan boldly challenges Jalandhar in defiance.

Jalandhar, disguised as an autorickshaw driver, takes Anu to her exam. Aryavardhan arrives at the college to wish her luck and learns of Jalandhar’s misadventure. Elsewhere, Raghupati badmouths Anu.

Aryavardhan lies to Pushpa about the guards and hires a bodyguard for Anu. Disguised as a hermit, Jalandhar visits the Sharmas later that day and urges them to get Anu married.

Jalandhar, posing as a hermit, hints at Neel while discussing an alliance for Anu. The Sharmas then shock Neel with their proposal. Anu then visits a temple with Aryavardhan and runs into Siddhi Mata.

Siddhi Mata meets the Sharmas and cautions them about Anu’s prospective groom. Neel backs out of the marriage and upsets Jalandhar. Later, a deranged old man delivers a chilling warning to Anu.

Aryavardhan buys a ring to profess his love to Anu, but his hopes are crushed when he overhears Gopal and Meera discussing Anu’s upcoming marriage to Neel, who’s being forced into it by Meera.

Gopal informs Aryavardhan about Anu and Neel’s impending wedding. Jhende deceives Aryavardhan with a video, urging him to suppress his feelings, and later issues a warning to Anu.

Mrs Vardhan visits Anu’s locality, but Jhende misleads her into thinking Anu doesn’t live there, and Simran sees it all. Later, Aryavardhan arrives but leaves after spotting Anu with Neel.

While Gopal and Pushpa are caught up in Diwali prep, Anu arrives at the office to resign. Aryavardhan is stunned when she mentions her talk with Jalandhar and poses a pointed question before leaving.

Aryavardhan rejects Anu's resignation and sends everyone home except Neel. Tricked by Aryavardhan and Jhende, Neel reveals Jalandhar's plan to give Anu a file about Aryavardhan's past.

Anu’s Diwali rituals stop as Aryavardhan rushes to stop Jalandhar from exposing his past. A smoke bomb helps Jalandhar flee, but Neel’s link stuns everyone, and Aryavardhan makes Anu a promise.

As Anu knits a sweater for Aryavardhan, he prepares to fulfil his promise to her. Amid Diwali prep everywhere, Meera gets a hint of Aryavardhan and Jhende’s plan to use Neel against Jalandhar.

On Diwali, Anu hides a surprise for Aryavardhan, who skips his family puja to attend Anu's. Earlier, he confronts Jalandhar with Neel's help, but Jhende's unexpected move changes everything.

Pushpa and Gopal give a gift meant for Anu’s future-husband to Aryavardhan. Later, Aryavardhan is disheartened when Gopal asks him to find a match for Anu.

Aryavardhan wishes Harshvardhan and Mansi on their anniversary and wears clothes that match Anu’s outfit. He then invites Anu to the party in front of Meera. Later, Anu collapses on seeing a file.

Aryavardhan rushes Anu to the hospital in his arms, shocking all. At home, Mansi creates a scene to uncover his room’s secret. Meanwhile, Jhende and Aryavardhan stumble upon shocking truths.

Jhende tells Aryavardhan that Anu saw the file revealing his past. After regaining consciousness, Anu begins sleepwalking, while Aryavardhan misses her during Mansi and Harshvardhan’s party.

Anu sleepwalks to Vardhan Mansion, while Mansi demands the key to Aryavardhan’s secret room. A man warns Anu he’ll cheat her and threatens to kill her when she refuses to believe him.

Aryavardhan hands over his business to Mansi but scolds her for sending Anu home. Before meeting Anu, he goes to check the file that made her faint. Jhende assures him it’s safely hidden.

Aryavardhan visits Anu to return her shawl, but Anu imagines him proposing her. A CCTV footage later reveals the shawl’s true owner, shocking him, while the eerie events outside his room scare Mansi.

Mansi forces Harshvardhan to open Aryavardhan’s secret room, causing him to faint. Jhende talks to Aryavardhan about Meera’s feelings, while she thinks of plotting to make him break ties with Anu.

Aryavardhan scolds Mansi for making Harshvardhan open his secret room. She regrets it and returns the key. Simran explains Meera’s coldness to Anu. Gopal is stunned as his saree store catches fire.

Subhash fails to get Gopal arrested for negligence, so he tricks him into signing an INR 5 lakh repayment deal. Aryavardhan calls Anu, but Gopal stops her and Pushpa from seeking his help.

Tired of Mansi’s constant demands, Aryavardhan asks Harshvardhan to take charge, but he refuses. Later, Aryavardhan tells Gayatri about Gopal’s store and wonders why Anu kept it from him.

Two employees from the office find a bag of money at Anu's house and accuse her of defrauding the company. Hurt by Aryavardhan’s silence, Anu resigns and leaves him deeply saddened.

Meera is shaken when Aryavardhan scolds her and Harshvardhan, vowing to expose whoever framed Anu. After Raghupati reveals Anu’s dismissal, Gopal locks himself in, alarming Pushpa and others.

Mansi throws a party to mark her first day at work. Meanwhile, Kalyani takes Anu to an event management firm for a job interview. Aryavardhan confronts Meera, who demands proof that she framed Anu.

Anu visits Jagdish’s firm with Kalyani, but a surprise event call changes everything. As Gopal mourns his burnt store, Gayatri collapses after meeting Siddhi Mata and urges Aryavardhan to marry.

Anu learns Subhash moved sarees before the fire and confronts him with Gopal and Pushpa. Subhash alerts Raghupati, hinting at the mastermind. Meanwhile, Mansi asks Meera to follow up with Jagdish.

Anu and Simran face a catering crisis until neighbours rally to help. Meera secretly alters the menu to sabotage Anu. Unaware of this ploy, Aryavardhan steps in, offering Anu hope to succeed.

Raghupati schemes with Meera and burns the quilt boxes to sabotage Harshvardhan and the Sharmas, but Anu outwits them, leading Harshvardhan to understand the value of money.

On his way to Anu’s home, Aryavardhan is happy when Harshvardhan says she’s the match for him. The next day, both families meet to fix the wedding date as Pushpa plans to visit the ancestral temple.

Meera and Mansi are upset with the marriage talks, while Anu’s neighbours taunt Gopal and Pushpa. When both leave for the ancestral temple, Anu is left alone, unaware an old enemy is watching her.

Anu reflects on her ring before meeting Aryavardhan, but Gayatri orders Jhende to keep them apart until Gopal and Pushpa return. Meanwhile, a stranger helps Gopal and Pushpa at the temple.

Aryavardhan tries to meet Anu with Jhende’s help, while Mansi’s resistance leaves Harshvardhan worried. Later, Raghupati plots against Anu and Aryavardhan as Gopal and Pushpa search for the stranger.

The stranger’s warning that Aryavardhan isn’t who he appears to be leaves Gopal and Pushpa shaken. Later, Anu faces Raghupati’s ploys, and Aryavardhan reluctantly hands the wedding planning to Meera.

Meera takes charge of Anu and Aryavardhan’s wedding. Gopal and Pushpa warn Jhende about a stranger, who is soon revealed as Jalandhar, bent on ruining Aryavardhan’s life.
