When betrayal lands Brenden in prison after a bank robbery, he begins planning what would later be known as one of Australia’s most daring prison escapes.

Now on the run with his loose cannon accomplice Aaron Reynolds, Brenden is devastated to learn who turned him into the police.

Brenden’s attempt to have a normal relationship and be a father is thwarted when the police close in on his home – thanks to a bungled robbery with his brother, Glenn.

As Detective Porter closes in, Brenden is dragged back into chaos by Glenn and Taylor, a bungled bank robbery and a disastrous attempt to rekindle things with Jackie.

Detective Porter gets another tantalising step closer to catching Brenden when a mishap with the stolen gun shipment leads to Glenn getting arrested.

After five years on the run, Brenden’s luck is running out. Will he finally flee the country with Jackie, or will Detective Gary Porter have his day?
