In a remarkable first for At Your Service, the Brennan’s advise a hospitality business to close down. They’ve been called in to Hill House, Cashel, Co Tipperary by Ray and Veronica Vere Hunt, dairy farmers who are diversifying to protect their family’s future income. They’re renovating a Georgian country house, aiming to create a high-end, boutique B&B. All is going well before a devastating fire causes havoc, there’s a huge delay and enormous stress. After a rush to open the Brennans aren’t happy, they tell them to close and stay closed until everything is properly finished. It’s tough love from the Brennans – how will Veronica and Ray respond?

John and Francis Brennan are at Shanbally House & Gardens near Nenagh, County Tipperary, to help Bridget Duggan and her daughter Kate. They're struggling to move forward after the death of Noel, their late husband and father, who had ambitious plans for Shanbally. The Brennans present a plan to make Shanbally a fully-fledged organic destination

The Brennans are called in to rescue the historic Cornamucklagh House, a pub near Omeath, County Louth. The property is owned by the King family, who plan to build a luxury lodge resort, Narrow Water Lodges. However, the brothers believe the family should renovate the entire place by updating the exterior, redecorating and creating a café, in addition to developing the lodges
