Carolina and Evandro get married but postpone their trip because of a patient. Henrique, a new orthopedist, arrives at the hospital. Décio searches for the mother of an abandoned baby.

A new emergency puts Carolina and Evandro's romantic plans on hold. Meanwhile, Décio considers adopting the abandoned baby, and a police officer who has been shot is admitted to the hospital.
